In the same way that going to the gym more frequently will bring faster results, receiving Reiki more frequently creates a higher reinforcing cycle for self-development.

Group sessions allow you to include this in your routine more frequently, same as meditation classes.

1:1 Private Sessions

Reiki Private Sessions can be done either online or in-person and have a duration of 1h30m.

Private In-Person sessions are hosted at the Self-Retreat Studio in London unless previously agreed otherwise.
