BOOKINGS FOR EVENTS & TRAININGS:

CANCELLATION

All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled by Self-Retreat.

RESCHEDULING

Bookings can only be rescheduled once. You are responsible for rescheduling using the links at the bottom of you booking confirmation email when this option is available. Do not delete these emails.

Rescheduling deadlines are found in booking confirmation emails.

Any other rescheduling is done at the sole discretion of Self-Retreat.

No rescheduling options offered for lateness.

TRANSFERS

You may transfer your booking to someone else if you can't attend.

CREDIT VOUCHER

Credit vouchers may be issued at the sole discretion of Self-Retreat.

Vouchers have expiration date.

REFUNDS

Any refunds issued might take up to 10 business days to be processed.
