Flow through a sequence of postures that will help you to build strength, increase flexibility, and calm our busy minds with Hatha Vinyasa and all of that plus a soothing energy transmission of lifeforce energy at the end with Hatha Yoga & Reiki.

Or explore passive, deep stretches and long-held postures to release tension culminating with beautiful crystal bowl vibrations ‘bathing’ your body with Yin & Sound Bath.

🧘Power Vinyasa

This class guided by Julia is an invigorating and dynamic style of yoga that synchronises breath with movement to create a flowing sequence of postures.

More dynamic than a Hatha class, Power Vinyasa infuses playfulness into the practice, challenging practitioners both physically and mentally while still being open to all levels. This energising practice builds strength, flexibility, and endurance while promoting mental clarity and focus.

Explore diverse sequences with modifications each week, ensuring a fluid experience. Get ready to sweat, move, and leave feeling energised!

✨Yoga & Reiki

This class guided by Julia is designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness.

Move through a sequence of postures linked together with breath, creating a continuous flow of movement.

At the end of the asana practice, you will be guided through a deep relaxation - shavasana, followed by a soothing Reiki energy transmission.

Ending the class with Reiki will not only enhance relaxation, but also promote energy balance in a deeper level, since your body and mind will be coming from an integrative practice such as hatha yoga, where mind, body and soul connection is the main purpose.

🪷Yin & Sound Bath

This class guided by Jasmine combines the gentle, meditative practice of Yin yoga with the soothing experience of a sound bath.

Explore passive, deep stretches and long-held postures to release tension from the connective tissue and blockages in your meridians, your internal energy
network.

The session will end with an immersive sound bath as vibrations ‘bathe’ your body, encouraging rejuvenation on a cellular level.

Julia | Lua Nova Yoga

I'm a passionate Scorpio originally from Brazil. From a young age, I've always felt a deep connection to spirituality and used arts, music, and dance to express my inner feelings. About 12 years ago, I discovered yoga, immediately felt that click and fell in love with the practice and its benefits.

After a decade working as a Pastry Chef, I decided to take a leap of faith and embark on a transformative journey that changed my life forever: I became a Reiki Master Practitioner and earned my 200-hour Hatha & Ashtanga yoga instructor qualification in Rishikesh, India.

Now, my mission is to share what I've learned and touch people's lives with a holistic approach. As a practitioner and teacher, I focus on self-awarenessinspiring and challenging students while nurturing their body and spirit. My classes incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation to help you develop strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

Jasmine | Finding Balance with Jasmine

Hi, I am Jasmine - Scorpio sun, moon and Cancer rising. I have a fascination and love for the human body and the lived experiences we all hold as a story within them. Initially training as a dancer, I developed a neglectful relationship with myself and suffered from fatigue, burnout and poor mental health. This drew me toward holistic modalities of moving, breathing and being.

I am now a space holder for therapeutic focused yoga, an inward enquiry of the patterns of physical tension and discomfort we might be holding onto in the tissues; breathwork that guides us to release suppressed emotional charge we store within the body; and sound therapy to harmonies the nervous system and energies within us.

My commitment is to guide you back into connection with yourself, reminding you of your innate and powerful healing potential.
